Insurance and Patient Billing Information

Coastal Digestive Care Center, LLC participates with and accepts most major insurance plans such as Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Connecticare, Medicare and several Managed Medicare plans, Oxford and United Healthcare.

We will send a claim for the facility service to your insurance plan; however we do not know what your policy will cover. We suggest contacting your plan prior to your procedure. It is very possible that your insurance company will process the claim and leave a copay, deductible or coinsurance due from you. If that is the case, you will receive a bill showing what the insurance paid, any adjustments and the balance due. You may also receive a bill from your physician, the anesthesia provider and the lab if any biopsies were taken or any polyps were removed.
